Youth Aid Zimbabwe Trust works closely with Young Knights of Zimbabwe and Youth Against Alcoholism and Drug Dependency (YADD) and other progressive young people's organizations in implementing  programs. The organization has also provided volunteers to Shape International in Zimbabwe.Youth Aid Zimbabwe has managed to get invaluable support from  UNICEF through the Global Call to Action Against Poverty commemorations.

Youth Aid Zimbabwe works closely with Dzidzai Foundation and the Coalition Against Child Labour in Zimbabwe  Trust (CACLAZ).The organisation  also managed to build alliances and coalitions with numerous progressive development oriented organisations in the country.In 2010 the organisation managed to participate in the historic constitution making process that was being spearheaded by the Constitution Parliamentary Select Committe (COPAC).YAZ Trust also work closely with the marginalised rural youths in the farming communities,this has been necessitated by the cordial links with the General Agriculture and Plantation Workers Union of Zimbabwe (GAPWUZ). YAZ Trust also gets vast legal expertise and experience from Mwonzora & Associates Legal Practitioners in all its  areas of programming  that demands legal expertise and representation.

To date the organisation's networking wings are stretching by each and every passing hour.In this vein the synergies between the organisation with the Chiadzwa Community Development Trust speaks volume.Community mobilisation and participation in issues that revolve around social justice,human rights and the promotion of peace through sustainable dialogue necessitates our thirst for coalition building on a local,regional and global level.
